If an intimate image or video of you — real, edited, or AI-generated — has been posted on TrekMap without your consent, tell us and we'll remove it. You don't need a TrekMap account, and you don't need to know who posted it.
#How to make a request
Use the form on this page, or email support@trekmap.co with:
- Your name and an email address we can reply to.
- Where the content is — a link to the pin, trip, comment, profile or message, or enough description for us to find it. If you have several, list them all.
- A statement that the content shows you (or a person you're authorized to act for), that it's an intimate visual depiction, and that it was published without your consent.
- Your electronic signature (typing your name is enough).
We use this information only to handle your request.
#What happens next
- You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- We hide the content as soon as we receive a valid request.
- We remove the content and any copies of it that we can identify within 48 hours.
- We may suspend the account that posted it while we investigate.
- You can reply to your confirmation email anytime for an update.
